She’s been a Communications Director, a Workplace Consultant, a People Director and a Business Mentor. She’s lectured in leadership and resilience, led teams through serious complexity and coached individuals through the kind of crossroads that don’t come with a manual. She built FoundHer Fire because the space that could hold the ambition, the complexity and the hard-won wisdom of this particular life stage simply didn’t exist. So she created it.
